Richard is a Partner and Co-Founder of A. Uzzo &Company, C.P.A.’s, P.C. located in Purchase, New York.

He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He provides accounting, tax and management advisory services to a wide variety of industries including international airlines, professional service firms, restaurant and food service, fuel oil distributors, international ship operators, ship brokers, cargo brokers, construction, financial printers and commercial and residential real estate operators. In addition, he performs forensic accounting and other litigation support services for closely held corporations, trusts, individuals, Court appointed evaluators and guardians.

After completion of his active duty requirements in the United States Navy, Richard attended Manhattan College in Riverdale, New York where in 1971 he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Upon graduation, Richard joined the firm of L.H. Frishkoff & Company and in 1984 co-founded A. Uzzo & Company C.P.A.’s, P.C.

Richard resides in New Rochelle, New York with his wife and has three daughters. He is active in community affairs and serves on the Board of Directors for the New Rochelle Fund For Educational Excellence. Richard is also a guest speaker at various educational institutions and civic organizations.
