Anthony is a Partner and Co-Founder of A. Uzzo & Company, bringing over 40 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial advisory services. He has worked with a diverse range of clients, from multinational corporations to closely held family enterprises, providing expert guidance in financial reporting, tax planning, and trust and estate strategies.

His industry expertise spans distribution, manufacturing, real estate investment and development, financial services, and personal service firms. Anthony has a strong background in international tax planning; advising foreign-owned U.S. corporations on transfer pricing and related report documentation; planning and calculations relating to Global Intangible Low-Taxed Income (“GILTI TAX”) and other cross-border tax strategies to ensure compliance and tax efficiency.

Anthony was also a founding board member and organizer of a regional bank, prior to its sale in 2019 to a larger institution. For over ten years, he served as a board member and chaired the bank’s audit committee, leveraging his deep financial expertise to ensure strong governance and regulatory compliance.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Anthony is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), as well as the New York and New Jersey State Societies of CPAs. He is a graduate of Pace University.
